The Future Talent Programme (our Recruit Train Deploy model) engages graduates, career switchers, returners, and veterans with the potential to become experts in data, technology, and business change.
Trained for eight-twelve weeks at the Peregrine Academy, they study practical modules focused on the latest industry technologies and methodologies including AI. Our consultants are business-ready the day they walk through your doors.

Peregrine Specialists

Peregrine Specialists bridge critical skills’ gaps to accelerate project delivery. Our specialists are mid-to senior-level practitioners who bring proven technical, analytical, and business expertise to your projects.

If your change programme depends on multi-level, multi-skilled collaborative teams, we can deliver blended squads of managers responsible for milestones supported by a tech and data operations team.

Peregrine Future Talent Programme builds bright futures

Every Future Talent consultant completes an eight-to-twelve week accredited course at the Peregrine Academy. They become practitioners in data, technology, and business. Their skills also include communications, teamwork, and problem-solving. Our training gives them the confidence and tools they need to add value to your team and wider organisation.
